Do I need an account to order?+
No account needed. Simply place your order through our site, complete checkout, and our team will confirm via WhatsApp and arrange payment.
How do I place an order?+
Browse our shop, add your products to cart, and head to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, select your payment method (Crypto, PayPal, or Bank Transfer), and click Place Order. You'll be taken straight to WhatsApp where our team confirms everything.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 1 hour of placing. Please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Is there a minimum order?+
There is no minimum order for UK customers. International orders may have a minimum โ please check our shipping page for details.
How do I use a discount code?+
Enter your discount code in the coupon field at checkout. Only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to items already on sale or in promotional bundles.

Are your sleep aids safe to use?+
When used as directed and for appropriate indications, yes. All products are genuine and sourced from certified suppliers. We recommend reading all product information carefully before use.
What is the difference between Zopiclone and Zolpidem?+
Both are short-term sleep aids (Z-drugs). Zopiclone is typically used for difficulty falling and staying asleep. Zolpidem acts faster and is often used when someone needs to fall asleep quickly. Contact our team via WhatsApp if you'd like guidance on which suits you best.
Can I take sleeping tablets every night?+
Most sleeping tablets are intended for short-term use (2-4 weeks). Always follow the dosage instructions provided with your order.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
UK orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. Standard delivery takes 1โ3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. Next-day delivery is available at checkout.
Do you offer discreet packaging?+
Absolutely. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked brown or white packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name on the outside. The sender address is a generic PO Box.
Will my order show on my bank statement?+
Yes, but discreetly. The charge will appear under a generic trading name, not "Sleeping Aids Direct" or any reference to the products ordered.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship to selected countries. International orders may be subject to minimum order values and additional shipping fees. Delivery takes 5โ14 working days internationally. Please see our Shipping page for full details.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?+
All UK orders are sent with tracking. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Crypto (Bitcoin, USDT, Litecoin โ save 10%), PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Payment details are sent via WhatsApp after you place your order.
Can I return a product?+
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns of opened items. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
What is your refund policy?+
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our team within 48 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis. Refunds where applicable are processed within 3โ5 working days.
