Pregabalin 300mg

Pregabalin 300mg is an anticonvulsant and analgesic agent that binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters.

Dosage & Administration 300mg twice daily (600mg total daily dose). Take orally with or without food. Dosage adjustments are required in renal impairment. Therapy should be tapered gradually upon discontinuation.

Indications Peripheral and central neuropathic pain, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), adjunctive therapy for partial-onset seizures in adults, and fibromyalgia.

Contraindications Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pregabalin. Dose reduction required in renal impairment. Use with caution in patients with heart failure or history of drug abuse.

Storage Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
