Viagra

Viagra contains Sildenafil Citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It works by relaxing smooth muscle in the corpus cavernosum, increasing blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation.

Dosage & Administration One tablet taken orally, 30–60 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. Do not take more than once in a 24-hour period. May be taken with or without food, though a high-fat meal may delay onset.

Indications Erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Not indicated for use in women or those under 18 years of age.

Contraindications Contraindicated with nitrates (e.g. GTN) or nitric oxide donors due to risk of severe hypotension. Not suitable for patients with severe cardiovascular disease, recent stroke or myocardial infarction, or severe hepatic impairment.

Storage Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
